view bill to adderss

Dear Experts,

I am new to sd,please help me.I want to view the bill to address for a created sales order.I went to tc vao3 now wat to do.

Hi Abhishek

Go to VA03->Header data->Partners tab->Double click on payer then you can view his data

As the payer can be different at item level also so you can check at VA03->Item data->Partners tab->Double click on payer then you can view his data

Hi,

In the VA03 at item level you can find the PARTNERS.

path: GOTO->ITEM->PARTNERS----

choose your item partners and select the Bill to party and double click , there you can fidn the address of the Bill to Party.

Alternatively you can also find this in the XD03 transaction with your Bill to partner ID

Try these two and revert back if you have any doubts.

Its depends. If you have not changed the bill to address explicitly at line item, then both will be same.

And if you change the address at line item then both will be different.

Hi Abhi,

As stated by Mr. Yadav you can check the partner details at Header and Item level in sales order, Just go and check the at both Header and Item Level and double click on payer and get the address details.
