Well actually I'm not sure what has changed but suddenly my NWDS 7.0 SP 19 refuses to build a DC without reason. Whenever I right-click the project, choose Development Component -> Build .. a message box appears telling me that "The chosen operation is not enabled"?? I'm not connected to a NWDI however the DC Build used to work without it.
