Change the text in the navigation title bar

Hi Gurus,

I have a requirement where i need to change the text in the title bar EIC Interaction GUI

On the left side of the screen we have menu bar .. "Identify Employee, Interaction History, Email, Inbox.... ".

Once we click on the Interaction History, I would like to change the title that is displayed on the title bar ( on the same bar where button BACK is displayed ).

I see this is done in the BSP application BSPWD_BASICS and in the BreadCrumbs.do, the BCHistory attributes stores the history of the pages accesed, but how to know where is that title picked from.

There is no entry in the OTR also..

Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi,

The above issue is solved.

I just had to change the TEXT ELEMENT translation but finding the correct Class was the challenge.
