work process error

This may be simple to many of you. But I would like to know the root cause.

When I run SM66, there are couple of processes highlighted with red color like Err and Time column values. What this red hightlighted values indicate ? Like Err 2 ?

Dear Mike,

When any work process is processing any request and ends with an error then the Err column will be filled to indicate that.

There could be many reasons for the error, to know the root cause view the developer trace from MMC or view the dev_wx (where x is the work process number) to know more about the error.

Hi

the work process not properly rleased

just check on which appliation server the process running and kill the process manually in SM50 then refresh it.
