Hi Gurus,
For material 1XXXXXX have in stock 10 units, he makes an output by 10 units, when confirming the TO (LT12) was confirmed 15 units, that is 5 more than what we have in stock and the system enables without problems, there is some way to control this or as SAP raises these situations.
thank you
Richard Nagashi.
Hi,
This functionality is available in standard SAP with TCode OMLX.
You can adjust these differences in 3 ways based on difference indicators.
" " 999 & TO number
"1" 999 & Permenant bin
"2" Sorce st. type & bin
In your case, if you dont give difference indicator, it will take " " and difference 5 units will come from 999 & TO# (First entry)

Yes, it will. It is because you have found out physically more stock than the stock system shows. In order to adjust this, system will give you the stock from 999 storage type resulting 999 in negative stock figures. Later if you use LI21 for 999 storage type, You will get a material document with 712 movement type. It is just like your physical inventory process.

Hi,
Why did you configured the indicators of diferences in TCode OMLX, if you dont require any excess quantity to be confirmed?
Delete these settings.
" " 999 & TO number
"1" 999 & Permenant bin
"2" Sorce st. type & bin
Then it will not allow more quantity.
Hi Friends,
Can somebody explain how to solve this, truth is not to do or tell the user. NO seems logical that the system can confirm most of the stocks in storage bin.
PD:I'm trying with movement class 261.
Thanks for your help.
Richard Nagashi.
