va05 report runs blank inspite of data in vbak

When I generate VA05 with and without and critieria ,it does not populate any data. where as the system has 1000 of orders and it shows in VA05N as well as in VBAK, there is no authorisation issue as I have cheked it .

Pls advice.

I got the solution, there was a filter set in the variant.

VA05 does not read the data from VBAK. It read the index tables VAKPA or VAPMA. If you have the data in those tables but it's not displayed in VA05, check your selection criteria.

The partner table (VAKPA) might not be updated for all the partner types - check your configuration. If all else fails, send a message to SAP.

Have checked the critieria, there is no any selection criteria and the Business partner SP is right.

Hi,

Goto T.Code "VA05".

Click on "Furtehr Sel. criteria".

Check whether any tick marks are there for the fields.If so untick those fields.

Then Click on "Organizational data".

Check whther any values are maintained here.If so remove those values.

Click on "Partner function".

It should be one of your Partner function that is used in the orders.

Next thing is to check the date.By default,the system proposes the date prior to 1 month.

Change the date as per your requirement.

Select the option "All orders".

Execute or Press F8.

Just 2-3 things that you can check first.

See if there are any selection parameters in 'Further selection criteria'

See if there are any selection parameters in 'Organization data'

See if there are any selection parameters in 'partner function'
