ON line br backup error

HI Friends

We are on ECC6 - oracle 10g.

On Production system off line BR backup is working fine, but online backup is giving problem / error

I referred note 948294. All permissions are ok, saparch file system is also available.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Is it a OS level proplem ? ( CIO ... note 948294)

Yes it can be..

If OS is AIX with JFS2 filesystem type and BACKINT utility is not used.

In one of the landscapes, we did face this problem, and involved unix team to get these FSs remounted with cio option. I guess, it will require sap+database outage.

Dear Friends

File system for database mounted with CIO option ( done by hardware engg)

and my problem solved. I can take online brbackup and relog backup.
