I suggest u to refer the ASAP Methodology, u will get reference doc. for CI Templete.

Hi Raj,

It is difficult to provide standard customer input templates in SD as questions change from one industry sector to other. However you may frame standard templates around org structure, order processing and all posiible business processes in that industry sector.
