Hi @ll,
when I try to call an event from a popup I run into the following exception. When I call exactly the same event from another simple form element everything works fine.
java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.api.IWDAttributePointer.getNodeElement() of an object loaded from local variable 'attrPointer'
Any ideas?
Best regards,
Flo

Hi Flo,
since we are no longer working together in the same company I'm not able to help you, bad luck.
Of course I'm kidding...
Wel,l it seems for me to be a bug.
Can you forward me the model so that I can test it on our machines? The error messages indicates that a node can't be accessed resp. that it references to a Null Pointer.
Given the fact that you can't change something in the generated code you can solve it with a workaround or open an OSS message.
Cheers,
Marcel
