Error Message in Runtime Workbench

Hi all!

If anyone have some ideas, will be great!

Delivering the message to the application using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused.

The connection is refused because the port specified on the target system does not "listen" to connections.
