Of course you can go to SE80 and press the other Object button and search by Web Dynpro ABAP Applications to get a complete list of all applications in your system. However you should also check the online release notes for your enhancement package:

Newly redesigned User Interfaces in WDA are one of several categories of things that you receive in each Enhancement Package. You will also find new functionality in general, new industry specific functionality and new enterprise services with each enhancement package.
