Quality Certificates

Dear Experts,

Our business requirement is that the every raw material supplier should be ISO certified. Many of our suppliers are ISO certified and some are under process of certification. Those suppliers are ISO certified, has the certification validation date and those who are under process of certification are given the cut off dates for the certification.My user requirememt is that

1.somewhere during the Inspection system should show the last date of certificate validation for that suplier or system should give the trigger for the last date.

2. PO should not be created for the supplier who is not ISO certifies or whoose certificte is not reniewed?

3. List of supplier and their certificate details.

Please note that presently we are using QM controll key as 0001 for all raw materials.

Please suggest.

U can create quality info record gor this.

enter certification validation date in q info record as the release until date, upload certificate in it.

if this date is expired purchaser will not be able to create po. trigger is not possible through standard SAP, u have to use user exit for this.

but q info record is a good solution, u can see list of supplier and their certificate details also.
