first red line with C looks like a settlement posting with the cost element excluded for budget check - that is standard

second 2 red lines seems to an incorrect posting, and then reversed

Hi,

thanks for answer!

what does it mean - "cost element excluded for budget check" - I guess this is the core of problem.

Can you please advise?

in the budget config area there is a configuation where you can enter cost elements excluded (exempt) for budget check.

This means that whenever budget availability check is run it ignore any costs posted against this cost element

check OPTK transaction. Ensure that you have not included the cost element, that you want your budget tolerence limit to check the budget availablility for that cost elelment.

Thanks

Hi,

1) The First Line is the Cost element exempted from AVAC

2) KAZV:(C): KAZV Down payment clearing

3) KAZO: (D): Is Down payment

Down payments are not part of the AVAC.

Hope it helps...

Thanks!!!

THANKS FOR HELP!

The cost element is in OPTK, so I am going to exclude it and test the result
