Planned orders from SNP horizon not getting transferred to R3 for one sku

When I run the optimiser planned orders from SNP horizon in APO are not getting transferred to R3 for one sku.

The sourcing unit of that sku has 2 dc under it.

I checked CIF queue, but the stuck queue is neither seen in inbound queue of R3 or outbound queue of APO.

PPDS horizon defined is 4 weeks. So till 4 weeks planned orders get transferres to R3 and beyond that it doesn't.

Tried to run CCR but invain.

If I punch the planned orders manually it gets transferred to R3.

I searched for another sku which use same resource lane. It works fine.

Wanted help to solve this issue.

Hi Chetana,

Run transaction CFG1 in R/3 or /n/sapapo/c3 in APO. it should give you error/reason why you are not able to transfer the planned order for your product.

Queue had stuck in the R3 server.

Rectified the issue.
