HR Action provisioning in IDM

Hi ,

We have configured IDM currently and looking forward to implement the HR actions( Leaves , Transfers and New Hires) . We have planned to fetch data from PA,PD and HRP tables through XI and run 3 jobs for doing appropriate action . This is at a scratch level . can anyone help me understand step-by-step procedure for implementing HR Actions provisioning or any relevent document which may help me configuring the jobs considering the mandatory basic requirements and things to check before doing one.
