Hi All,

I trying to create Alert Rules.

I am able to create Alert Rule if I select option

1) No restiction or

2) Integration Engine

But if select Adapter Engine the Rule is not created. It is not giving any error also.

What could be the possible reason

Thanks

Yes I have done it.

If i select option "No Restiction or Integration Engine" then I can see the rule gets created.

But if i select option Adapter Engine then Rule is not created.

Thanks

Hi,

Is ther any possibility that the no. of alert rules that can defined is set somewhere.

I am able to create 3 alert rules after that it is not creating any alert rules

Hey

You can have as many rules for a single alert category as you want.

I remember having the same issue some time ago,i was using Internet explorer to create rules, when i opened alert configuration in Mozilla firefox,it worked fine.

don't know why this happens but well that solved the problem:)

Thanks

If you are using Internet Explorer, go to

TOOLS--> Internet Options-> Select Privacy Tab -> Lower the Privacy level from Higher to Lower and Apply.

Check this out and see if it helps you.
