Hi again!
Could someone tell me what is the difference between using action profile in
DNO_CUST01 Action Profile and in Define Transaction Type?
Should I use the same action profile or different?
For example, in DNO_CUST01 in Act.Profile field I use SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO and in Transaction Definition type (SPRO CRM_VORGANG_001) - SLFN0001_ADVANCED.
Will they be conflicted?

As u might be aware that there are 2 parts of service desk message i.e. BASIS and CRM part
So dno settings affect the basis part of the message
and
spro affects the CRM part of the message
In addition go thru this note to solve ur basic doubt
