Using surveys in email campaigns

Hi,

The business requirement is to create surveys and include the survey link in emails sent to the target customers in a campaign. Also, responses are to be captured and analysed for the survey.

Tried doing this using the survey suite but encountered many problems in specifying "get/send files", importing BSPs in survey repository etc.

If someone can help with a step-by-step procedure/guide on how to achieve this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Vishal,

what transaction have you used to create the Survey?

or

- CRM_SURVEY_SUITE

You should use CRM_SURVEY_SUITE to create your survey. Use the Folder Marketing. Then genterate the Link by pressing Strg + Shift + F1. You have to set get/send to BSP. A example for the file is in the topic .
