In QE11 i want to make the field INSPECTOR mandatory.

How to process this?

Create a variant using SHD0 transaction to make that field Mandatory and follow the link below to know the step by step guide for creation.

But i don't want to use any such variant.

If there is any process to do a system message required or any change in screen layout??????/

Problem solved.

Used exit QEEM0029.Logic used is :

IF I_QAQEE-PRUEFER IS INITIAL.

MESSAGE EXXX(00) WITH 'Please specify a Inspector Name'.
