va01 Sales overview screen changes

Dear all

We have the below requirement

We are using payment card functionality.

So in the va01 sales overview screen you will get payment card,expiry date,card verificaiton code fields coming which is extra from the normal sales overview screen.

Due to this sales area data is coming down.We need to drill down to see the sales are data.

Is it possible to make changes in the overview screen by moving the sales area data above order reason field

Hi Swetha,

You should be able to do it by activating GUIxT.

Then you can hide, move fields.

Hi,

I'm not sure about any other way of moving fields in sales order.

You can hide / Set Mandatory fields using Variants. GuiXT. But you cannot move field using that. But you can use GuiXT inside transaction variants as well.

you have to activate GuiXT using "Customize Local Layout" button option in SAP Easy Access screen. (Last button on the "Create new session" tool bar. In the drop down you can see "Activate GuiXT" option.

You can add images to the screens, hide tabs, etc as well.

Exploring all options.

But is it possible to hide few fields user specific without doing transaction variats.

We want to use VA01 only.But move the field sales area data above order reason field

Hi,

That's the only option I can suggest you for you requirement.

Else check with a ABAP person whether it's possible to change it in the relevant screen.
