Hi All,

1. How to load the Documents from existing DMS system to SAP DMS?.. is there any standard program available?

2. Can a URL / link of existing DMS system be able to provide in the SAP DMS with reference to DIR?

Appreciate if anyone can provide detail input.

Q1: I've seen some discussion in this forum that LSMW can be used for this, although I have not used it myself. It also depends on what you want to do. If you simply want to load only the documents, this can be done by doing a mass upload from EasyDMS. However, if you want to populate information such as classifications and object links LSMW may be an option. You will need to create some sort of mapping between the data in your existing DMS to the fields in SAP DMS, regardless of what tool you use.

Q2: Not quite sure I understand your question. You can attach a URL link under object services (system > services for object, then click create and select URL).

There is no standard program that you can use.

You will need to write an upload program using the DMS BAPI's.
