Hi Team,

SAP:Solution Manager SP16

OS; Windows 2003 server SP1

Database: Oracle

Iam performing system copy of my solman system to build a test sytemm by following system copy guide, every thing went fine till now, i have restored my target system and while doing the post activity steps i could see the JAVA engine is not started in SAPMMC only ABAP is up and running no JAVA info un-available,i restarted the JAVA stack to see if it works but nothing its the same problem,

As per the Note 831812 - Config Tool shows incorrect parameters after System Copy,i have tried doing that but no success,

I also checked the Note 1120872 - Hom./Het.System Copy SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SR3 but no clue about my error.

I also checked in Config tool CTC-->propertysheet Systemproperties and changed all the values to target system values but still no success i also checked the UME properties but every things seems fine,

Is there any thing iam missing?

Below are the logs of DEV_DISP,DEV_JCONTROL,let me know if needed more information, your help would be highly appreciated

Well did how did you copy your system? The only supported way to copy a java system is to use sapinst, which will take care of the j2ee folders.

Hi Sunny,

I couldn't find std_server0 file in work directory, strange to see why that file is missing i also checked E:\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\cluster

Dispatcher and server0 folder missing,i think this is the problem, but during the target system installation i din't got any errors.

Uday

Hi Uday,

This is strange. Could you please check in jlaunch whether dispatcher node is running or not ? Also, paste std_dispatcher log here ?

Thanks

Sunny
