File in append mode

Hi Experts

I have a proxy to file(.txt) scenario and I have set File Construction mode as APPEND in receiver communication channel and

while testing we are facing issue as after each message I can see the file size getting increased in folder but it shows me contents for first message only I cant see file is getting appended with the contents after after message.

This scenario is on PI 7.1.

Could you please help me where is the problem?

Do I need to set something else also in channel?

R u saving the file on Xi server directory - if yes - pls login to Xi server - drill down to folder and open the file using the application suggested by Shabrish.

try opening the file with text editors like textpad, wordpad, notepad++ etc.

this is to confirm if it aint an issue with the text viewer application since the increase in file size means there has been a definte activity on the file
