Hi,

It can be controlled by assigning appropriate planning procedure to the Product master.

Kindly take a look at the different planning procedures available in SPRO ( mySAP SCM - Implementation Guide->Advanced Planning and Optimization->Supply Chain Planning->Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS)->Maintain Planning Procedures)

Each planning procedure can have different settings for 'Reaction to Events'. In the drop down for 'Reaction to Events' there is an option 'Create a Planned Order in PP/DS'. Keep the seeting for 'Schedule Status' as Deallocated against 'Create a Planned Order in PP/DS'.

For better understanding take a look at the Planning procedure 4. The setting for 'Schedule Status' is maintained as 'Scheduled' for 'Reaction to Events - Create a Planned Order in PP/DS'.

If you create a planning procedure with the 'Deallocated' and assign this to the product master, the planned orders created wil be in Deallocated status.

Please let me know if you need more clarification.

Hi Rajesh,

In PPDS, the planned orders can be made deallocate in DS planning

board.

A deallocation chart must be defined for the DS planning board so that

you can deallocate operations or orders manually using Drag&Drop in the

DS planning board.

A deallocated operation has the status deallocated. It is then assigned to

a specific mode, but does not utilize the resources of this mode. The system

automatically adjusts dates/times or modes of deallocated operations during

scheduling.
