output type

hi can anyone tell me how to assign output type for packing list?

Hi Amit,

1.Go to transaction NACE .

2.Select Application V2 and click on "procedures".

Here you assign/check for procedure - "V10000"

and description - "Header Output"

3.Now go to Tcode - SPRO

Path - Logistic Execution->Shipping->Oupt Control->Ouput Determination->Maintain Output determination for Outbound deliveries->Assign->Output Determination Procedure -> <you will get a pop up , double click on "Assign deliveries (header)"> ->here you check for DlvTy - lf ( all these should already be there as it is standard output type) .

4. Next you go to VF02 ->enter deliver No. and press enter - > go to menu "GOTO"->header->output --> here you define your output type.

Go to NACT..

Select Shipping as Packing is a part of it.

GOTO NACE transaction and then select the appropriate appilcation and create one new output type there..

Hi Amit,

You will assign output types using Transaction NACE.

<b>Do the follow steps to assign output type</b>

1)Select Application Type V2 which will have description Shipping.

2)Click on <b>Outputtypes</b> button.

3)Go to change mode by pressing Ctrl+F4.

4)Select one output type which already exists

5)Do CopyAs(F6)

6)Give your output type against OutputType field.

7)Under General data Tab, Give Program and Form routine and Save the data.
