SMTP Mail Configuration error

Dear Folks,

after SMTP mail Configuration

i can send mails to Internal mail id

but i got dump to send External mail id

Internal error: CL_SMTP_RESPONSE ESMTP error code is not known. 554 554 : Relay access d

pls give me suggestion to resolve this issue

Hi,

Previous post is correct. You need your mail admin to register the IP addresses of you SAP system(s) on the mail servers as to let them through basically..

Hi Satheesh,

It looks like your mail server is denying the request from your sap server. Please configure you mail server to relay the message from your SAP server. You have to give the IP address of your Sap server in relay list of your Mail server.

Please check the below note it will solve your issue::

Note 693306 - Error analysis for e-mails and fax sent via Service Manager.

Also as it says permision denied that means you have to check with your network team to check for proper access to cross firwall.
