SO without Material Plan

We do the forecast based material Planning....

How to do the default setting for the created SO without material planning..

There is a option in schedule line. to select the no material planning... But I need to set this option as default.

without chaging the material master...

Hi Ram,

The data that is pulled in a sales order is coming either from the default config set in sales order customisation (vov8) or through the master datas.

When you are using forecast based planning u have to set in MMR>MRP1 tab as VV and in case u dont want to use any material planning u have to set in there parameter as ND.

As far as ur question is concerned i dont think that without setting anything in master datas u would b able to get the desired results, the info in sales order schedule line is pulled fro there only , u cant change there directly i believe.

In vov8 u can leave the MRP for delvry scheduling type blank which means no delivery schedules used but in case u are using any forecast or JIT based planning then u have to use some req planning and set the corrosponding parameter in MMR>MRP1 tab.
