Installing MDLS

Hello Friends,

I am new to MDM. I need to work on SAP MDM publisher.

I believe, I need to install MDLS i.e Layout server on MDM server machine.

I am facing problems in installing MDLS like

1) I do have dummy admin rights but I am getting error where I am not able to change the registery settinfs.

2) For LAyout server I believe we require 20 GB ram according to SAP installer and we have just 2 GB.

Can anybody guide me on the exact things needed for installing MDLS.

Hi Sameer,

1. Yes, you need admin rights on your machine to install MDLS

2. 4 GB is the memory Recommended to work with Layout Server
