Fatal error in default trace

Hi All,

I have found one fatal error in default traces of XI system. Error states as

Unable to log on to system PEU in language en with user PIRWBUSER

Thrown:

MESSAGE ID: com.sap.aii.rwb.core.rb_core.wrongUserPassword

com.sap.aii.rwb.exceptions.OperationFailedException: Unable to log on to system PEU in language en with user PIRWBUSER.

Here PEU is an R/3 system.

Could you please help me in finding the root cause for the above error.

Hi Ram,

Check wheather PIRWBUSER user is lock or not .

Also check in all the RFC where PIRWBUSER user is mantian , make the RFC test for all those users.

if you get problem maintain the right password .

Also check in Exchange profile and maintain the right password.

Follow the sap note :- Note 999962 - PI 7.10: Change passwords of PI service users , which will help you to change the password.

In addition, you can also check note: 936093.

Please check all the relevant RFCs are working fine.
