Fatal error in default trace

Hi All,

we have found one fatal error in default traces of XI system. Error states as

Unable to log on to system PEU in language en with user PIRWBUSER

Thrown:

MESSAGE ID: com.sap.aii.rwb.core.rb_core.wrongUserPassword

com.sap.aii.rwb.exceptions.OperationFailedException: Unable to log on to system PEU in language en with user PIRWBUSER.

Here PEU is an R/3 system.

Could you please help me in finding the root cause for the above error.

Hi

is this an RFC connection between XI to R/3? If yes, ask you basis to create an rfcuser for RFC connection.

PIRWBUSER is a service user for RunTime Workbench.

If PIRWBUSER is locked ,RWB will not work.

Contact the System Admin and ask him to reset the password for PIRWBUSER....either the user-id has got locked or some wrong password entry is made.
