Hi,
When I tried to create OSS Message from R/3 system I am getting below error.
Customizing for feedback functionality missing
Can you please help me out from this issue.

Hav you already configured the service desk and did the config in solman system
are you able to post ticket with sam userid in solman itself

Check
1. service desk satellite reporter roles
2. s_rfcacl object assign to ur userid
3. check if remote logon is possible from ur userid from r/3 to solman
4 check bcos_table entry
5. Ur BP in solman ...should hav identification entry for that r/3
Ofcourse check the note i mentioned earlier
and let us know further if all above works

Rajesh, this usually means the managed system is not set up to communicate with the Solution Manager Service Desk. Please review the SolMan IMG activity Specify Service Desk Destination in Managed Systems. The Performance Assistant will tell you what entries to make in table BCOS_CUST on each managed system.
If this does not work, check your user authorizations on both systems - they should both contain object S_RFCACL.
