Firefighter Logs not sent to the controllers

Hi,

I have an issue with one environment where the Firefighter Logs are generated but they are not sent to the Controllers when only 1 transaction is executed in the Firefighter. If more than 1 transaction is executed, the logs are sent to the controllers.

We are currently on VirsaNH 510_700 Version with support Pack level 2.

Have you encountered this previously and if so, what was the resolution?

Any help you can provide would be useful.

Hello,

Recently we have updated the support packs 3 through 5 to fix the issue.

But when trying to login to the firefighter, I get the Runtime Errors CALL_FUNCTION_CONFLICT_TYPE Exception CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_TYPE.

Any resolution to this issue.

Check St22 for details of the short dump.

If it ouput the exception and the FF ID is authorized, then you can also step into the debugger from there (see the buttons in the top left corner...) to see what is going on.

Hello Julius,

A bug is introduced with the support pack 5 relating to the password format type.

After applying the SAP note 1149445, the issue is fixed.
