Please let me know what are the minimum requirements to create an outbound delivery without reference? - Master Data Requirements, Configuration requirements..

Minimum requiremnts
1.Delivery w/o reference will be created in t-code VL01NO
2.Shipping point is mandatory and sales area in which delivery doc will be created
3.Delivery type is LO
4.Item category DLN
5.Ship-to-party master data (if the Sold-to-party plays the role of SH then SP)
6.Material master & stock as well for PGI

You need to maintain following data under differen Tab,
Tab- SALES ORG 1
1. Material group 2.Division (optional) 3.Tax data ( mandetory)
Tab- SALES ORG 2
1. Material pricing grp 2.account assignment group(mandetory as required for G/L aCCOUNT DETERMINATION) 3. Item cat. grp(mandetory)
Tab- SALES GENERAL PLANT
1. Trans grp 2. Loading Grp 3. Avail. check 4. Profitcenter ( if blanck)

Maintain the following requirements
->Make sure your enterprise structure Assignments are done
->T.code VL01NO
->To create Delivery without ref to order use delivery doc type LO and item category as DLN
->Make sure that the Partner determination procedure is done
->Make sure that the customer is created
->Ensure that the stock posting for the material is done

Thank you for your helpful answers. I had in mind that if you want to create an outbound delivery without reference, you only need shipping point, customer/shiptoparty and a material. You don't need to maintain the sales views, this is what my understanding. Please correct me if I'm wrong?
Think about the scenarios:
If I need to ship a material that's not relevant for sales. what do we do in this case? Do I still need to maintain the sales views for these materials as well?
Please let me know your valuable inputs on this. Thank you for helping me.
