SAP Warranty Transaction OWTY - General Settings Does not have Data

Hello Frineds,

I am working on SAP Warranty Claim Processing. The transaction code is OWTY.

If i Click on the General Settings of this Transaction, there is no data in the screen. and it is in display mode and i am not able to create new entries also.

also i am not able to define the number ranges for the Warranty types, the reason is same, its in display mode and not able to create new entries.

in order to proceed further on the Claims i need to do the above two steps.

Has any one of you faced the same situation. and could you guide me in moving further.

For general setting data you must create a initial entry in table CWTY000, Please see note 1039665 for more detail.
