they are for customizing,

you can go from spro also.

try execute the tcode, you will know the functions

RSCUSTV1 Setting for flat file

RSCUSTV2 Monitor waiting time

RSCUSTV3 ALE User Setting

RSCUSTV4 BEx values

RSCUSTV13 RRI Settings for Web Reporting

They are all transactions for customizing BW settings.

I found there are around 22 rscustv* transactions.

rscustv1 to rscustv22.

each view has few configurable fields.I think each tcode is a view on the table RSADMINC in BW.

If u see RSADMINC table it has all fields combined from the rscustv transactions.
