Hi Experts,
I'm working on a requirement where we need to mail a smart form.
As of now, the description of the smartform is taken as the subject line of the mail.
Is there a way to change this from with in the smart form code?
I need to add the service ticket number to the subject line of the mail.
Any pointers/suggestions in this regard would be of great help.
Thanks in advance,
Kris.

Hello Kris,
I think it will need some more information on the application you are running. When sending a smartform as mail it is the decision of the application to use the smartform description as subject. I know the system behavior from sap e-recruiting where it is implemented this way and often a requirement for a customer modification.
If you could tell which application you are using probably someone can help where and how you can change it.
Kind Regards
Roman
