passing BP number to (external) ITS from CRM 7.0 CIC and WebUI

Hi,

is it possible to pass the business partner number to the VA01 transaction via an external ITS to R/3 4.7 from either the CRM CIC or WebUI? The functionality works well (of course) when using the Windows SAP GUI's, even past the intial screen.

Unfortunatly we're unable to pass the BP number via ITS past the first VA01 screen, even when this screen is skipped. We're already stuck at the first phase; using a direct URL:

http://server.domain.com/scripts/wgate/webgui/!?~transaction=*va01 VBAK-VKORG=0100;VBAK-VTWEG=01;VBAK-SPART=01;VBAK-VKBUR=0100;KUAGV-KUNNR=1001100

The * in the URL commits the first required parameters and therefore the second VA01 screen opens directly and should leave the KUAGV-KUNNR for this, but it doesn't. In the traces I can see that this parameter is lost between the ITS and R/3. I assume that this should work even before it can work from CRM, correct? Or is the http://iserver.domain.com/scripts/wgate/webgui/?transaction=IC_LTXR&okcode=ICEXECUTE a better implementation for this?

I've read which seems very applicable, but how would this work from the WebUI?

Much obliged

Hello Marcel,

Please see the ITS Wiki page article:

I believe that will help you.

Thanks Edgar. But skipping the first screen is not the problem, passing parameters to fields in this second screen is.

Setup was correct, but the parameter was not properly filled by the ABAP program.
