Process Steps in SNP

Hi,

What are the steps or transactions we need to carry out in the planning cycle. Assuming it's a weekly planning process.

Firt release forecast from DP to SNP.

After Heuristic and before Deployment what actions we need to take in APO & R3

1. Level the planned production orders

After Deployment and Before TLB what actions the planner need to take in APO & R3

Assuming all the configuration and master data settings are done. following would be the orutine things

After Heuristic and before Deployment what actions we need to take in APO & R3

1. Level the planned production orders

2. Before the run all the actual stock should be realised in the system ( finished goods stock ) or the run should be after the

days production. ( if deployment is only based on free stock then then the blocked/quality stock should not be very high or the decision on making it DND or moving it back to free stock should be through if the materials are critical).

After Deployment and Before TLB what actions the planner need to take in APO & R3

1.. In the variant the data selection period should be changed as it is not a dynamic feild.

2. Set the planning start date in the variant

After TLB what steps are required in APO & R3

1.IF ypu have collect chane pointer then send the process them .....

Mainly if the process chains are maintained you can run the process in a continuous fashion. If you dont wanna run

heuristis job seperately you can also try real time deployment. The main criticality of deployment TLB lies in the master data

settings. Just to say on masters you can check the following things

Pull Horizon

Push Horizon

Checking Horizon

Fare Share rule

Push Rule

Target stock rule

FOR TLB

Loading Group

Pull in horizon if required- T lane

TLB profile

TLB General settings - SPRO

Run LC consistency check in SNP Planning Area ( report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK)

delete forecast from the past /sapapo/md74

release forecast /sapapo/mc90

Run SNP heuristics /sapapo/snp01

if you want to publish and it is not online /sapapo/c5

run CCR /sapapo/ccr

generate alerts: DP background jobs

1. Analise alerts (/sapapo/amon1)

2.Analise Master data

3. Create POs

4. Send to OLTP

After TLB what steps are required in APO & R3

1.run CCR /sapapo/ccr
