How to get Document numbers(DIR) for a given Material Number in SAP DMS

Hi SAP DMS gurus,

I have a requirement to find out the document numbers for a given material Number.

I have also found out a standard function module where i am getting the data.

Can any one tell how can we get that through tables.

For a given material, from which table can i get the Document Info records for the corresponding material.

This is very important.

Appreciate ur immediate response...

Hi Satish,

In case you want to retrieve all document which are linked to a special material master I would recommend you to use transaction CV04N and go to tab 'Object links'. Here you can select tab material master and enter the required material number. This search will then find all document info records which are linked to this material.

Generally table DRAD saves all link information between document info records and SAP objects.
