Hi,
As per my requirement SAP NetWeaver should use MYSQL database. But MYSQLis not supported by SAP so is there any way to configure SAP NetWeaver to use underlying database as MYSQL?

No, there is no way to make that happen.
By the way: what's worth a NetWeaver installation without support?
What's your idea on how to proceed when something does not work as it should?
