No Valuation Record found

I am getting error "No Valuation Record found" while posting Goods receipt for newly created material. I am trying using tcode mb1c and movement type 561. Can someone pls assist ? Thanks in advance.

Check in Transaction code "OMWC" in local definitions whether the valuation category / valuation types is activated for the plant.

Yes, It is activated. I am able to post goods receipt for other material in the same plant. Can you pls suggest alternate solution.

Plz check the Material master. At plant level Accounting view Valuation Category & Moving average price should be maintained. At Valuation type level Valuation class & Price should be maintained.
