Hi Imanol,

This tab is used to configure if any reports has to be run in Backend system i.e. ECC etc., as part of the Mitigation Control.

Eg., If your mitigation control states that Purchase Manager runs some ZZZZ reports in ECC on a quarterly/monthly basis and reviews the statements in order to mitigate ZZ risk

Then you can give here as below

a) System - ECC

b) Action - S_ALR_ZZZZ [T-code which is used for generating these reports]

c) Description

d) Monior - Who has to monitor whether these reports are correctly run on quarterly/monthly basis by Purchase Manager

e) Frequency - The frequency of these reports

By giving this if Purchase Manager has not run reports as mentioned you can set an alert monitor that this mitigation control is not performed.

Thanks and Best Regards,
