Hi,
We have implemented GRC 5.3 and found that the config for our QAS and PRD system differs.
PRD:
Request Type Dropdown

How can I get the same amount in config QA as in production, are their any files I need to upload?

Melvin your drop downs have no values
Since i don't know which request types are there in PRD which are not in QAS..it may be that you didn't uploaded the initial xml files for some other modules... like say UAR /SoD...
If you can share the request types... that would help...
You can create the request types manually in QAS provided they are required by the business...
