I presume that you are looking for SAP MDM installation files.

You need to have Service market place ID in place. Below mentioned links will help you -

Installations -

Navigate through Service market place portal - Downloads > Software distribution center > Search for Installations and Upgrades > search for SAP MDM5.5 or SAP MDM7.1 and find the links for download.
