calendar syncronization between CRM & Outlook

I've been told that there is plug-in like functionality for MS Outlook that enables the CRM Calendar to synchronize with MS Outlook. We are trying to have our appointment information from CRM automatically sync d up with Outlook.

Is anyone aware of this and can you point me toward the documentation and how-to information for getting this set up. Thanks!

I have set this up and the interface seems to work. I only have a problem with the "room" and "text" fields.

On the Outlook side, the fields appear as blanks eventhough I filled the fields in SAP CRM.

Can anybody help me with this?
