Service Desk doubts

Hello Gurus,

We have service desk only to send support messages to SAP.

We are doing a new implementation project. But now, we need to control all the project issues in solution manager Service Desk, including the messages and answers. But I don´t know how can I do this.

Anybody have some documents or information about this specfic case? Anybody can help us to configure this?

Hi Carlos,

You can post message within SAP Solution Manager for ur implementation or any type of project by NOTIF_CREATE or CRMD_ORDER transaction

In addition u can use the workcenter services
