could not be found by the submitted key

Hi,

what means the error message ->

A person could not be found by the submitted key in the SRM 7.0.

In order to approve some shopping cards I was clicking on some items in the items overview in the portal. I am getting

always the above error message.

Please advice me on to solve this error

Hi Alex,

I found out that this message comes from an Exception Class called /SAPSRM/CX_PDO_PERS_NOT_FOUND.

I suggest you put a break point in the constructor and look where this exception comes from.

For me it was quite helpful.

Got the same problem when creating shopping cart from external demands using a RFC-User and tried to display the SC afterwards..

Solved the problem by creating an Central Person (CP) entry in PPOMA (Organizational Model) using transaction USERS_GEN.

I have solved the problem. It was caused by

RFC User. Because it was entered at the 'created by' field.

I get this message too, when regarding a SC in Check Status transaktion.
