we are in ramp for NW04s and we are in the process of migrating our current Erecruite content from NW04 SPS14 to NW04s SPS7.
we have a few BSP iviews that access an erecruite BSP application. it all works fine as long as we access content as authenticated users. however when this content is assigned to the group Anonymous Users we get the following error for only iviews accessing the com.sap.portal.appintegrator.sap.BSP component.
we get the following error

any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,rahul lulay .
Do you reslove this issue? I get the same problem when anonymous user access to BSP iView. Our SSO use SAP Logon Ticket.
Thanks and Best Regards.

Hi Rahul,
How did you manage to resolve the BSP iView error for anonymous access ?
We are facing the same issue after we patched our portal NW04s to SP09.
The configuration was working until SP06, but the moment SP09 is put in place - the config is broken only for Anonymous user it gives us a error.

Hi rahul,
Did you implement SSO between portal and BSP iView coz from the logs it says can't issue logon tickets as there is no tickets in Portal.
If so try user mapping concept for the BSP iView and assign a valid user who has access in your BSP application.
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Guru
