Quality score form stock posting?

Dear SAPIENTS,

I would like to get quality score on stock posting not on UD. Scenario of score calculation is given below.

GRN done for 10 NOS

Accepted 8 NOS

Rejected 2 NOS

Now the score to vendor should be 80. I means score should be alloted to vendor for that material depending upon accepance of quantity from total quantity.

Just suggestion:

Create UD code acoordingly to stock posting.

Like: A - Fully Accepted

R - Fully rejected

A1 - Partially accepted (50%)

A2 - Partially accepted (10%)

A3 - Partially accepted (80%), etc.......now assign quality score to these code.

Hi,

In material master against inspection type you have a choice to choose how the quality score is to be calculated.

In Q-score procedure : You have a choice of 1) Q-score from Defect share in lot

2) Q-score from max.defect share share of scrap

3) Q-score from minimum Q-score of char etc

Now the default setting in your system might be Q-Score from Usage Decision Code.

Hi,

Qualty score from stock posting is not possible in std SAP as per my knowledge, if you want to do through user exit then you can. but to get the quality score from UD code is always benifical for further analysis and for follow up actions.
