Importing RFC

Hi All,

Can we copy the imported RFC from the "Imported Objects" of 1 Software Component to the other "Imported Objects" Software Component?If so, then please tell me how.If not then is there any alternative?Please tell me.

Hi,

Rather than trying to copy an already imported RFC to another SWC, make a common SWC and import all the desired RFCs in there, make this common SWC a pre requisite for all other SWCs in which you need the imported RFCs, this needs to be done in the SLD. After this the RFCs will be visible in all the SWCs for which the common SWC is defined as a pre requisite.

No, other alternative will be

1. create SWCV dependency between them

2. import the same RFC in the other SWCV

3. export it as wsdl and import it in external definition
